TERRA DEVELOPMENT
AMENDED
WHEREAS, Drawings have been submitted for two temporary
signs to be located on the property known as Lake Forest
Development, and
WHEREAS, This application is requested for signs to be
temporary in order to advertise the residential and commercial
development of the property, and
WHEREAS, Each sign will be 8' x 12' wooden, freestanding
and non-illuminated.
WHEREAS, The zoning ordinance allows the Plan Commission to
approve the number and size of temporary signs, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission may grant approval for the
signs to be installed for a period up to six months.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission grant
approval for the two temporary freestanding signs for a period of
six months.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the signs be located on the
property no closer than 60' to the center line of Janesville nor
50' to the center line of Racine Avenue.
