PCR1990091a RESOLUTION #P.C. 91-90 ADDITION TO TOM 'N SONS AT W190 S8151 MERCURY DRIVE MUSKEGO INDUSTRIAL PARR APPROVAL TO AMEND BUILDING AND SITE PLAN TO PERMIT 75' x 74' WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 75' x 74' addition to an existing building at W190 S8151 Mercury Drive in the Muskego Industrial Park, and WHEREAS, The Plan Commission must approve amended building and site plans, and WHEREAS, The parking area and asphalt drives will remain substantially the same, and WHEREAS, The east elevations facing Mercury DrFve shows 12" randomly scored insulated block to a height of 4', and WHEREAS, The Rules of the Industrial Park (#6) state that the front of all buildings including side streets and corner lots shall be faced with decorative masonry or other material approved by the Plan Commission and a return of 20' on each side of the building or natural dividing point approved by the Plan Commission. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the amended building and site plan to permit the construction of the 75' x 74' addition to Tom In Sons machine shop located at W190 S8151 Mercury Drive. cds 5/11/90 Plan Commission City of Muskego Adopted 5-/G 70 Defeated
