PARKLAND HALL PARKING LOT-C. BITTER
w#mNS, A request has been submitted to place a 20' x 20'
tent to sell fireworks by Cassandra Bitter, and
WHEREAS, This area is zoned business and will not be
located in the setback area on the Parkland Mall parking lot off
Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, This tent will be in operation from June 2, to
July 5, 1990, and
WHEREAS, The hour of operation will be from 9 A.M. to 9:OO
P.M.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 20' x 20'tent with a sign on it not to exceed 8 square feet
in the Parkland Mall parking lot off Janesville Road with the
condition that the tent and sign be removed from the above
premises by July 5, 1990.
