APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP SW 114 OF SECTION 6 - DUANE WHITEHOUSE
WHEREAS, A certified survey map has been submitted by Duane
Whitehouse in the SW 114 of Section 6, and
WHEREAS, The sketch was approved in Resolution I! P.C. 20-
90.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map and grant the variance of the average
width subject to submittal of a sanitary permit or a favorable
perculation test, receipt of all other fees required by
Section 10 of the land division ordinance and the approval of I
city engineers.
