PCR1990084RESOLUTION #P.C. 84-90 APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR LAKE FOREST SW 114 OF SECTION 8, SE 114 SECTION 8 AND NE 114 SECTION 17-LAKE FOREST
WHEREAS, A preliminary plat was submitted on April 20, 1990
for Lake Forest in the SW 114 of Section 8, SE 114 of Section 8
and NE 114 of Section 17, and
WHEREAS, This land has been recently rezoned to RS-3/0PD,
and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has reviewed a sketch of this
development, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the preliminary plat for Lake Forest subject to the rezoning of
the property and subject to approval from the objecting agencies
(Wisconsin Department of Development and Waukesha County Park and
Planning), and recommends approval of this plat to the Common
Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the approval be subject to the
applicant resolving, to the satisfaction of the Plan Commission,
the concerns expressed in the review of the project by the Police
Department, Fire Department, City Planner and the City Engineer;
and that they will be receptive to the final platting of this
property in one or more phases of development that are acceptable
to them.
