APPROVAL M REZONE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 17 FROM RS-2/W
3'0 RS-3/0PD TO ALLOW RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT
TERRA DEVELOPMENT (ROBERT PATCH)
BI#ERI$AS, A petition has been received from Robert Patch of
the Terra Development to rezone recently acquired property in the
NE 114 of Section 17, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to develop this single family
subdivision in conjunction with the proposed planned unit
development, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has reviewed the sketch

showing the development of this property, and
WHEREAS, The proposed zoning is in concept.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend to the Common Council the rezoning from RS-2/W to RS-
3/OPD to allow for residential development in the NE 114 of
Section 17 containing 19.267 acres.
