APPROVAL OF EXPANSION OF CONDITIONAL USE GRANT S80 W14401 SCHULTZ LANE-HIJNTW'S NEST
WEREAS, The City of Muskego has received a petition for
expansion of conditional use grant 1\11 for an 18' x 31'
conferencelgame room, and
WHEREAS, This property is zoned residential with an OLR
overlay, and
WHEREAS, This use is permitted in that zoning and there
will be no change in operation.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the conditional use for that size building addition in the OLR
district at S80 W14401 Schultz Lane for Hunter's Nest.
