S76 W18058 JANESVILLE ROAD-SUE KRIENITZ
WHEREAS, It is proposed to install a day care center on the
property with the following addresses: S76 W18040, 576 W18026
and S76 W18058 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, Section 6.03 f states that a use which existed
lawfully at the time of the ordinance change would automatically
be granted a conditional use status, and
WHEREAS, Section 6.03 g states any subsequent change shall
be submitted for approval to the Plan Commission for
determination of whether the change is substantial enough to
require a public hearing.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the site for a day care center subject to license approval from
the State of Wisconsin.
