WHEREAS, A petition for legal lot status has been submitted
to the Common Council for a lot in the Oak Ridge unrecorded
subdivision, and
WHEREAS, The zoning is RS-3 with an OED overlay requiring
a 75' lot and 11,250 square feet in area, and
WHEREAS, This lot is 50' average width and 6,687 112 square
feet in area requiring legal lot status, and
WHEREAS, This lot abuts Lots 8 and 9 which the petitioner
wants to purchase to construct a new home, and
WHEREAS, A redivision of Lot 9 would not benefit either
a lot, and
WHEREAS, There is an adjoining lot line, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend approval for legal lot status.
