WHEBWS, It is proposed to construct a pond on the property
addressed as S102 W13815 Loomis Drive, and
WHEREAS, This property is to be used for a wildlife habitat
and the fill will be used on the property and the slopes are 2 to
1.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the pond subject to DNR or Corps of Engineers approval.
