RESOLUTION #P.C. 76-90
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 44 square foot
entrance sign to Willow Pond Apartments, and
WHEREAS, This is zoned RSM/OPD, and
WHEREAS, Section 6.09(10) states that signs are permitted
as determined by the Plan Commission.
WHEREAS, This sign will not be set in the visual setback
area.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the non-illuminated sign on the corner of Janesville Road and
Lions Park Drive.
