WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct an attached garage to
an existing building addressed as S63 W13187 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, This property is zoned "Residential" with an
office and special services overlay and this use needs Plan
Commission approval for the building, site and operation plan,
and
WHEREAS, This property had been used for retail business in
the past, and
WHEREAS, It is now proposed to change the use from
residential to office and storage for a commercial and industrial
painting contractor, and
WHEREAS, The 1900 square foot addition will be used as a
garage for the storage of ladders and equipment, and
WHEREAS, The use of the existing building will be half for
the painting contractor and the other half to be rental office.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the building, site and operation plan to permit the use of the
existing structure with 1900 square foot addition for a painting
contractor and an office rental unit.
