PCR1990074e a RESOLUTION #P. C. 74-90 APPROVAL OF BUILDING. SITE L OPERATION PLAN FOR A 2 112 ACRE PARCEL IN THE MUSKEGO ~NDIJSTRIAL PARR (SATURN DRIVE) -c. ANDERSON AMENDED WHEREAS, A building, site 6r operation plan has been submitted, and WHEREAS, This building will be used for a transportation terminal including truck repair and storage of trucks, and WHEREAS, This is a permitted use by right subject to the approval of the building, site and operation plan by the Plan Commission, and WHEREAS, This building is located at the end of Saturn Drive, and WHEREAS, The tractors will be stored along the south lot line and the trailers will be parked along the west lot line approximately 200' from the cul de sac of Saturn Drive. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the building and site plan subject to providing the following: 1- A landscape plan; 2- A lighting plan; 3- Any signage. Pg. 2, Resolution PC74-90 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission require the office be moved flush with the front of the building and 12' height masonry be provided on the front of the building, but waived on the north side of the building to allow for expansion of the building.
