PCR1990072AS7 RESOLUTION #P.C. 72-90-A '3 W16500 JANESVILLE RD. 6r S72 W16450 JANESVILLE RD. FROM RSA APPROVAL TO REZONE PROPERTY APPROXIMATELY AT TO RSM TO ALLOW FOR MULTI-FAMILY DEVELOPMENT-LYNN KURER. WEREAS, A petition was received on January 22, 1990 to rezone approximately two acres in the NW 1/4 of Section 10 approximately addressed as S73 W16500 Janesville Road and S72 W16450 Janesville Road from RSA to RSM to allow for multi-family development, and WHEREAS, On February 27, 1990 the Common Council denied the rezoning for the two acre parcel, and WHEREAS, This petition is part of that previous request, and WHEREAS, The Comprehensive Plan of the zoning ordinance allows for RSA zoning which has a density of 10,000 square feet, and THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommend to the Common Council approval to rezone from RSA to RSM to allow for multi-family development in the Nw 1/4 of Section 10.
