DISAPPROVAL TO REZONE PROPERTY APPROXIMATELY AT
To RSM TO ALLOW FOR MULTI-FAMILY DEVELOPMENT-LYNN RURER. W16500 JANESVILLE RD. b S72 W16450 JANESVILLE RD. FROM RSA s73
WHEREAS, A petition was received on January 22, 1990 to
rezone approximately two acres in the NW 1/4 of Section 10
approximately addressed as S73 W16500 Janesville Road and 572
W16450 Janesville Road from RSA to RSM to allow for multi-family
development, and
WHEREAS, On February 27, 1990 the Common Council denied the
rezoning for the two acre parcel, and
WHEREAS, This petition is part of that previous request,
and
WHEREAS, The Comprehensive Plan of the zoning ordinance
allows for RSA zoning which has a high density at 10,000 square
feet, and
WHEREAS, RSM zoning would double the density and be
contrary to the Comprehensive Plan, and
WHEREAS, Plans have not been submitted that would show the
need for a high density in this area.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend to the Common Council disapproval to rezone from RSA to
RSM to allow for multi-family development in the NW 114 of
Section 10.
