RECOMMENDATION TO RENEW CONDITIONAL USE GRANT FOR AN EXTRACTIVE PERMIT AT S71 W13219 TESS CORNERS DRIVE - JOHN GLOCRNER
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission of the City of Muskego has
received a petition for renewal of the Conditional Use Grant 11102
for sand and gravel extraction at S71 W13219 Tess Corners Drive,
and
WHEREAS, An extractive permit fee of $300.00 has been paid,
and
WHEREAS, The necessary public hearing has been held, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby recommend approval to the Common
Council and the renewal of the permit for the Conditional Use
Grant #lo2 at S71 W13219 Tess Corners Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the permit is for a one-year
period with yearly review by the Plan Commission.
