APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE b OPERATION PLAN FOR LOT 1
MUSKEG0 INDUSTRIAL PARK ADD'N. NO. 1-JENTSCH
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 37,000 square foot
building on Lot 1 in the Muskego Industrial Park Addition No. 1,
and
WHEREAS, This building will be an incubator building with
14 separate units, and
WHEREAS, This lot is north of the entrance to the
Industrial Park Addition, and
WHEREAS, The Rules of the Industrial Park require
decorative masonry along the front of the building and that the
lighting and signage be submitted showing the type and location
of both the fixtures and signs to be used, and
WHEREAS, There have been no signage or lighting plans
submitted.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the structure subject to plans for lighting and signage being
submitted.
