ADDITION NO. 1
WEBUS, Woodcrest Heights Addition 111 is zoned RS-3/0PD,
and
WHEREAS, The development has been phased, and
WHEREAS, This is the final phase of Woodcrest Heights
Subdivison, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission had approved the final plat in
P.C. 1/46-90, and
WHEREAS, The deed restrictions covering this phase have
been submitted.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the deed restrictions as submitted and recommend to the Common
Council that the Final Plat be approved with the condition that a
developer's agreement and a letter of credit be submitted.
