APPROVAL OF 22' x 24' SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE AT w188 ~7680 OAK GROVE DRIVE BY RICHARD ROMERO
WEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 22' x 24' second
garage structure and remove a 8' x 12' existing structure along
the shoreline of Little Muskego Lake at W188 S7680 Oak Grove
Drive, and
WHEREAS, The Board of Appeals has granted a 20'setback
variance for the existing garage in 1988, and
WHEREAS, This proposed 22' x 24' garage will have the
identical setback.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 22' x 24' second garage structure to be used for the storage
of a car and lawnmower at W188 S7680 Oak Grove Drive.
