WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 24' x 20' second
garage structure on the Sal Ferrito property addressed as W140
S9341 Roxhorn Drive, and
WHEREAS, This is an 8.7 acre parcel of land, and
WHEREAS, There is an existing storage structure located in
this area and will be removed, and
WHEREAS, This agricultural type building will be used for
the storage of a tractor and other vehicles.
THEREFORE RE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 24' x 20' pole type second garage structure used for the
storage of a tractor and other vehicles at W140 S9341 Boxhorn
Drive for Sal Ferrito.
