WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has been requested to approve
a 24' x 30' second garage structure at W187 510350 Kelsev Drive
for Brian Schultis, and
WHEREAS, This is 1.6 acres of land in an agricultural
district, and
WHEREAS, This garage will be used for the storage of cars
and a boat, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
I the second garage structure for Brian Schultis at W187 S10350
