APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP IN SE 114 OF SECTION 5
TOWN OF NORWAY-AMERICAN SURVEYING CO., INC. PETE BAILEY, AGENT
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on March 26,
1990 to divide 3 parcels in the SF 1/4 of Section 5 in the Town
of Norway, and
WHEREAS, This approval is necessary under the city's
extraterritorial plan approval, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must approve land division
within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map in the SE 1/4 of Section 5, Town of
Norway subject to receipt of all fees required by Section 10 of
the land division ordinance.
