PCR1990061m RESQLUTION #P.C. 61-90 APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP IN THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 8 DAVE DE ANGELIS
WHEREAS, A certified survey map has been submitted to
finalize a division of property in the SE 1/4 of Section 5 and
NE 114 of Section 8, and
WHEREAS, A sketch had been approved in P.C. 43-90 subject
to the certified survey map showing an average width of 75', and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map shows Parcel 2 having an
average width of 75'.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend approval of the certified survey map for Dave De
Angelis to the Common Council subject to receipt of all other
I) fees required by Section 10 of the land division ordinance and
the approval of the city engineers.
