PCR1990060RESOLUTION #P.C. 60-90 APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE, OPERATION h LANDSCAPING PLAN SW CORNER OF SATURN AND RACINE AVENUE R. RUB-MUSKEG0 INDUSTRIAL PARK ADDITION #I WHEREAS, A building, site and operation plan has been submitted for a 3.4 acre lot on the corner of Saturn and Racine Avenue in the Muskego Industrial Park Addition No. 1, and WHEREAS, This is at the entrance to the Industrial Park, and WHEREAS, The plan shows parking along Racine Avenue, and WHEREAS, The Rules and Regulations for the Muskego Industrial Park state that no employee parking will be permitted within 50' of the front street line of any parcel and any customer parking can be allowed within a 50' setback, and WHEREAS, There appears to be ample room for parking along the south property line on a sanitary sewer easement, and WHEREAS, Some customer parking may be in the setback area along Racine Avenue. Pg. 2, P.C. 60-90 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the building, site and operation plan subject to the relocating of the parking, and that the customer parking along Racine Avenue be landscaped with a berm and plantings sufficient to provide adequate screening from Racine Avenue and subject to Plan Commission approval of any freestanding signage and outdoor lighting.
