RESOLUTION #P.C. 59-90
NE 114 OF SECTION 16 AMENDED
OF FINAL PLAT FOR MEADOW GREEN WEST ADDITION NO. 1
WHEREAS, A final plat has been submitted on March 5, 1990
to finalize a plat in the NE 1/4 of Section 16 known as Meadow
Green West Addition No. 1, and
WHEREAS, The preliminary plat had been approved in P.C.
188-89, and
WHEREAS, The preliminary plat approval was subject to a
dedication of a bike path from Scenic Drive to Canfield Drive in
Kristin Downs, and
WHEREAS, This final plat does not indicate that dedication,
and
WHEREAS, The final plat is identical to the preliminary
plat with the exception of the westerly borders of Lots 60 - 70,
and
WHEREAS, The preliminary plat indicated that some of the
lots were in the wetlands.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the final plat subject to satisfying the objections of all
objecting agencies and the City Engineer's report of March 8,
1990, and payment of all fees as provided in Section 10 of the
land division ordinance.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That that approval is subject to
the submittal of a Letter of Credit and a Subdivider's Agreement
which will provide that the area required for the bike path shall
be deeded to the city and included within the Developer's
Agreement.
