PCR1990057APPROVAL OF MOTHER-IN-LAW UNIT ON LOT 52 IN RESOLUTION #P.C. 57-90 DURHAMSWOOD ADDITION NO. 2 SUBDIVISION DENNIS ti LYNN KURER WHEREAS, The Citv has received a petition for a Conditional Use grant for a two-family residence commonly known as a mother- in-law unit, and WHEREAS, Section 8.01 (C)10 permits a second unit not to exceed 800 square feet conditioned that a person be related to another person in the other unit by blood, marriage or adoption, and WHEREAS, The plan should be in architectural character predominately single-family in appearance, and WHEREAS, The proposed building shows a second unit in excess of 800 square feet, and WHEREAS, The public hearing has been held. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the Conditional Use grant subject to the following condition: 1- That the Board of Appeals grant the necessary variance for any additional square feet over 800 square feet.
