INDUSTRIAL PARK-MICHAEL FILOCHA
WHEREAAS, American Hydraulics-Michael Filocha have proposed
to construct a 51' x 102' building plus a 24' x 24' office
building on one acre in the Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS, The Rules of the Industrial Park call for the
front to be decorative masonry or any material approved bv the
Plan Commission, and
WHEREAS, This front will have brick, cedar and vertical
metal siding.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 51' x 102' building for American Hydraulics and a 24' x 24'
office building.
