APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR 31112 ACRES
AND SALE OF LAND IN THE INDUSTRIAL PARK
IN THE SW 114 SECTION 16-RUDOLPH RAAB
WHEREAS, A certified survey map has been prepared by the
City Engineer and submitted on March 13, 1990, and
WHEREAS, The land division conforms to the requirements of
the 1-1 zoned district.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sale of the 3 1/2 acre parcel of land and the certified
survey map in the SW 114 of Section 16.
