APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
2.6 ACRES, INDUSTRIAL PARK-CATS Nationwide
WHEREAS, A certified survey map has been prepared by the
City Engineer to create a 2.6 acre lot in the Industrial Park,
and
WHEREAS, A sketch was approved in P.C. A34-90, and
WHEREAS, The certified survey map conforms to the zoning
requirements for the 1-1 zoned district.
THEREFORE RE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map for 2.6 acres in the Industrial Park.
