APPROVAL OF 21' x 40' GREENHOUSE ON THE
PICK 'N SAVE LOT, S74 W17005 JANESVILLE ROAD

WHERUS, A request for a temporary greenhouse has been
submitted from Mr. Paul Ruszkiewicz and Ken Sterniy for the
purpose of selling plants and garden supplies in the parking lot
of the Pick 'n Save store located at S74 W17005 Janesville Road,
and
WHEREAS, This greenhouse will be a metal frame structure
covered with an awning like material and be 21' x 48' in size,
and
WHEREAS, It is requested only for a temporary amount of
time and that being May 1st to June 17th. 1990, and
WHEREAS, The hours of operation will be from 9:OO a.m. to
9:00 p.m. on weekdays and 8:OO a.m. to 6:OO p.m. on weekends, and
WHEREAS, The greenhouse will not interfere with the traffic
flow along Hwy. 24 nor the main driveway into the Pick 'n Save
store.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the temporary greenhouse from May 1st to June 17th, 1990.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the greenhouse be set back at
least 100' from the center line of Hwy. 24 and not located within
the vision corner as indicated on the applicant's site plan.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the applicant may attach a
sign to the structure no larger than that which would be required
I for a temporary fireworks stand which is 8 square feet in size.
