RESOLUTION #P.C. 51-90
SW 114 OF SECTION 34-ROGER KASTELLO
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on March 13,
1990 to finalize a two parcel division of land in the SW 1/4 of
Section 34 between Muskego Dam Road and Hwy. 36, and
WHEREAS, A revised sketch and the variance are all approved
in P.C. 25-90 dated February 20, 1990.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map in the SW 1/4 of Section 34 and
recommend approval to the Common Council creating a two parcel
division in the SW 1/4 of Section 34 subject to receipt Of all
other fees required by Section 10 of the land division ordinance
and the approval of the city engineers. -
