APPROVAL OF BUILDING AND SITE PLAN FOR OUTDOOR STORAGE W183 S8253 RACINE AVENUE-KELLEY DOOR SYSTEMS
AMENDED
w#F2REAS, A plan has been submitted to screen the outside
storage on the property owned by Kelley Door Systems at 15183
S8253 Racine Avenue, and
WHEREAS, It should appear as an accessory structure and
will have the required offset and setback, and
WHEREAS, The dimensions will be 45' wide and 21' high.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the outside storage to be screened by a wall architecturally
matching the existing building on three sides, as the site plan
provides.
