APPROVAL TO REZONE PROPERTY IN THE SW 114 OF SECTION 10
FROM RSM TO RSM/OPD-GERALD KOZEY
AMENDED
WHEREAS, A petition to rezone property from RSM to RSM/OPD
has been received, and
WHEREAS, This rezoning would increase the density on this 5
acre parcel of land located in the SW 114 of Section 10, and
WHEREAS, The public hearing was held on March 27, 1990, and
Whereas, The Plan Commission deferred their recommendation
in order to allow the Parks Department to review the proposed
development, and
WHEREAS, The Parks Department has reviewed and made
recommendations which would exclude the extension of the roadway
and the water and sewer utilities to the park property, and
WHEREAS, A petition has been received from several
residents located adjacent to and affected by the proposed
project which requests the City of Muskego to remove their stated
objections to the rezoning.
WHEREAS, Approval of the rezoning is contingent upon the
applicant submitting a building, site and operation plan, the
design of which warrants the granting of the requested additional

Therefore Be It Resolved, That the Plan Commission
recommend to the Common Council approval of the petition to
rezone this 5 acre parcel from RSM to RSM/OPD.
