DENIAL TO REZONE PROPERTY IN THE SW 114 OF SECTION 10
FROM RSM TO RSNIOPD-G. KOZEY
WHEREAS, A petition to rezone from RSM to RSM WITH AN OPD
overlay which would increase the density on this 5 acre parcel of
land in the SW 1/4 of Section 10 has been received. and
WHEREAS, The plan as submitted does not show any amenities
justifying a 10% increase in allowable density under the OPD.
WHEREAS, The plan submitted indicates plans to construct 48
units which exceeds the amount of units allowed under the RSM/OPD
overlay.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend to the Common Council denial of the petition for OPD
creating six 8-family lots.
