APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE & OPERATION PLAN

WHEREAS, Lot 10 in the Mc Laughlin Subdivision was rezoned
from RS-2/0LS to RS-Z/OLS/OD to permit the construction of a
duplex overlay district, and
WHEREAS, The duplex overlay district was established in
1982 and requires Plan Commission approval of the building, site
and operation plan as a use by right, and
WHEREAS, A permit has been issued for a duplex on this
land, and
WHEREAS, In P.C. #56-89 it required only that any structu re
e used as an accessory building have buildinR, site and operation
plan approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the building, site and operation plan for Lot 10 in the Mc
Laughlin Subdivision.
