APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT FOR WOODCREST ADDITION #1

WHEREAS, A final plat for 38 lots in the Woodcrest Addition
W1 Subdivision has been submitted on February 20, 1990, and
WHEREAS, It appears to conform with the Preliminary Plat.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend approval of the final plat to the Common Council
subject to approval of all approving/objecting agencies and all
fees as provided in Section 10 of the land division ordinance.
