PCR1990045RESOLUTION #P.C. 45-90 APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL USE TO ALLOW AN ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT FACILITY h DRIVEWAY-W146 S7386 DURRAM DRIVE-WISCONSIN BELL WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 10' x 12' utility building to house electronic equipment, and WHEREAS, This property is in the NE corner of Woods Road and Durham Drive in the NE 1/4 of Section 11 addressed as CJ146 S7386 Durham Drive, and ! WHEREAS, This property is zoned RS-2 requiring a 15' x 20' offset, and 1 WHEREAS, There is an existing one-story dwelling on this property and a 30' x 60' easement, and WHEREAS, The public hearing has been held which is required for public utility facilites and installations requiring a conditional use in any district. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the conditional use subject to the following: 1. That the building be set 15' from the east lot line. 2. Parking area be 3' from the lot line. 3. All cables must be installed underground. 4. That all excess material be removed from the side. 5. The area will be landscaped with 8 low-level evergreens.
