4PPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE h OPERATION PLAN AND SIGNAGE
DELTA GROUP-INDUSTRIAL PARK AMENDED
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a building 120' x 225'
with a 25' x 60' office building on Saturn and Mercury, and
WHEREAS, The building will be used for the purpose of
smelting metals including recyclable metals, and
WHEREAS, It appears to comply with the zoning and the rules
and regulations of the Industrial Park, and
WHEREAS, The site plan has been submitted which includes
the landscaping, the areas to be asphalted, signage and exterior
1 ight ing .
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the building, site and operation plan and signage for the Delta
Group according to the plans prepared by D.B.I.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the area up to the future
addition be asphalted within one year.
