APPROVE LAND DIVISION
SE 114 OF SECTION 5 & NE 114 OF SECTION 8 DAVE DE ANGELIS
AMENDED
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide a parcel of land in the
SE 114 of Section 5 and the NE 114 of Section 8, and
WHEREAS, It is zoned RS-3/0ED requiring 11,250 square feet
in area and 75’ average width, and
WHEREAS, Lot 2 will exceed the lot area required, and
WHEREAS, Lot 2 will need a 13% variance or 9.66’ from
average width, and
WHEREAS, Lot 1 will exceed the minimum zoning requirements.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the division as submitted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That Mr. Lee will work with Mr. De
Angelis to compute the average width closer than presented, SO as
not to cut down on buildable land.
