WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 28' x 24' accessory
structure at S65 W13808 Sherwood Circle in the Fountainwood
Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, These are 1/2 acre lots requiring any accessory
structure exceeding 120 square feet be approved by the Plan
Commission, and
WHEREAS, This structure will be used for residential
storage, and
WHEREAS, The location meets the RS-2 zoning requ

WHEREAS, The residents within 100' have been not

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 28' x 24' accessory building at S65 W13808 Sherwood Circle
and require a lilac hedge extension.
