WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 30' x 40' accessory
building at S75 W21565 Field Drive, and
WHEREAS, This parcel is a 120,000 square foot lot, and
WHEREAS, This structure exceeds 240 square feet which
requires Plan Commission approval, and
WHEREAS, This meets the zoning required and the residents
within 100' have been notified.
THEREFORE RE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 30' x 40' accessory building at S75 W21565 Field Drive.
