APPROVAL OF 4 LOT DIVISION SE 114 OF SECTION 11

WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on February
27, 1990 to finalize a 4 lot land division located in the SE 1/4
of Section 11, and
WHEREAS, In P.C. 29-90 the Plan Commission stated that the
lots would be sewered from the main in Mc Shane Road, and
8" line on McShane Road.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 4 lot division in the SE 1/4 of Section 11 subject to the
Utilities Committee granting sewer service.
