APPROVAL OF ENTRANCE SIGN FOR BANK ONE
S69 W15612 JANESVILLE ROAD MENDED
WHEREAS, Section 6.09 (11) permits without lim litation other
than reasonable size and necessity an operational sign
designating entrance exits, etc., and
WHEREAS, The Bank One sign is 213 of the sign which could
be assumed that this sign could be classified as an advertising
sign, and
WHEREAS, The ordinance permits only one freestanding sign
other than operational signs.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
architecturally approve one entrance sign 6 square feet in size
to be placed on the east end of the driveway.
