RECOMMENDATION TO THE COMMON COUNCIL THAT THE FLOODPLAIN DISTRICT MAP BE AMENDED IN THE SE 114 OF SECTION 2
ROBERT STACK AND REINHOLD BAEHRING
WHEREAS, It is proposed to develop land ad,jacent to the
Tess Corners Creek in the SE 1/4 of Section 2, and
WHEREAS, Some of this property lies in the floodplain
district as described in Chapter 14 of the Municipal Code, and
WHEREAS, A public hearing has been held and the Department
of Natural Resources have been notified along with residents
within 300’.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend to the Common Council that the floodplain map be
amended as shown on the L.I.F.E. plan prepared bv Robert Fox,
surveyor dated January 5, 1990.
