APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY UAP AND SALE OF 4 ACRE PARCEL
MUSKEG0 INDUSTRIAL PARK ADDITION NO. 1-DELTA GROUP, INC. SE-+ SaG 0 P 7
WHEREAS, It is proposed to convey a 4 acre parcel in the
Muskego Industrial Park Addition No. 1, and
WHEREAS, A public hearing will be held regarding the
submittal of an application to the Wisconsin Department of
Development for a development fund program, and
WHEREAS, A certified survey map has been prepared by the
consulting engineer.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map and sale of the 4 acre parcel to Delta
Group.
