AP.PROVAL OF 5' x 5' SIGN AT S73 W16610 JANESVILLE ROAD
THE REALTY CENTER
WHEREAS, A request for a freestanding sign has been
submitted for the property addressed as 573 W16610 Janesville
Road, and
WHEREAS, This sign will be 5' x 5' in size, illuminated
with flourescent interior lighting and containing a double sided
plastic face, and
WHEREAS, This property is zoned B-4, and
WHEREAS, The square footage of this sign is within the B-4
zoning district requirements, and
WHEREAS, The location for this sign also meets its
requirements.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 5' x 5' illuminated, double sided freestanding sign for the
property addressed as S73 W16610 Janesville Road.
