APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE & OPERATION PLAN
S66 W14543 JANESVILLE ROAD-MICHAEL T. FISCAER
WHEREAS, It is proposed by Michael Fischer to change the
use of the property addressed as S66 W14543 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, The existing use has been for Elass repair, and
WHEREAS, This request is for the re-conditioning of
automobiles, and
WHEREAS, This use was being conducted in the Ray Lawn
Subdivision and the Plan Commission had restricted the size Of
the second garage structure, and
WHEREAS, This use will now be done in the R-3 district, and
WHEREAS, A letter of the intended use has been submitted.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the change of use from glass repair to automobi
under the conditions listed in the letter dated
1990.
