APPROVAL OF 30' x 24' ACCESSORY BUILDING
W174 S7226 LAKE DRIVE-JAMES F. KOSTKA
WHEREAS, It is proposed to remove a 12' x 16' existing
accessory building and construct a 30' x 24' accessory building
for the purpose of storing lawn equipment and boats, and
WHEREAS, The neighbors have been contacted.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 30' x 24' accessory building on the corner of Lake Drive and
Schubring Drive addressed as W174 S7226 Lake Drive.
