APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
SE 114 OF SECTION 15-CRAIG LAWDANSKI
WHERW$, A certified survey map has been submitted to
divide 3 parcels of land in the SE 1/4 of Section 15, and
WHEREAS, A sketch was submitted for this property and
approved in P.C. 177-88, and
WHEREAS, The approval of the sketch was conditioned
upon a permanent ingress and egress easement being shown on the
certified survey map which has been accomplished, and
WHEREAS, The division of these parcels conforms to the
zoning regulations.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map for the land division on the SE 1/4 of
Section 15 and recommend approval to the Common Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the approval is subject to the
following condition:
1. That an on-site sanitary disposal system be approved by
Waukesha County.
2. That the 6 existing cottages be removed prior to the
recording of the certified survey map or a bond be submitted for
their removal.

land division ordinance and the approval of the city engineers.
