APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR A 4 LOT LAND DIVISION
SE 1/4 OF SECTION 11-LEIGH PETERSON
WHEREAS, A sketch has been submitted for a 4 lot land
division located in the SE 114 of Section 11, and
WHEREAS, This property is zoned RS-2, and
WHEREAS, This land division abuts to the east of the Elkin
Company land division which has the same lot sizes, and
WHEREAS, These lots meet the RS-2 zone district
requirements.
WHEREAS, These lots will be sewered from the main in
McShane Road.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sketch for the 4 lot land division located in the SE 114 of
Section 11.
